1. learn backward skiing left right on easy slope. Then 180 from skiing back to skiing forward. Then 180 from skiing normal to backwards. Trick is to turn uphill and just go back with reverse pizza. When you can do both 180 good, then try 360 . Important is stable middle position on skis to do anything from this steps.

Посмотрите на инструктора, он постоянно находится в шаговой стойке с небольшим разведением носков лыж. Это не ошибка, а способ надёжной устойчивости в любых снежных условиях.
