World Championships of Skimboarding: Finals Day at The Vic

The 46th annual and longest running competition in our sport was held this past weekend on the slopes of Aliso Beach. Skimboarders from all over the world participate in the most prestigious contest of the year. The men’s professional division will count as the fifth event of the season on the United Skim Tour, which will also stop in Newport Beach for the Exile Oktoberfest from Sept. 16 and 17. Lucas Fink locked down his 3rd United Skim Tour victory by making it to the Finals in this event. As always! Thank you for watching our videos and showing some love to the sport of skimboarding.

when I first watched it on Vic they must’ve missed a couple waves in the final at first l thought Lucas won but after watching your video, Blair definitely won longer rides bigger tricks he has the best style in the business. Congratulations. Any excels in Surfing almost as good as his skimboard riding ❤❤❤

Although I am the fella that claimed that Dane has the heart, I want to also add that Blair does indeed had the heart as well. Did they use WSL judges for this LOL. Because the rides shown Blair lost in the semis and again in the finals. Semis 9:10 This guy in the red shirt definitely beat Blair unless there weren't some Blair rides shown here? Right on! Serious question: why aren’t comps ever held at bigger wave spots? To really see the creativity from the best riders. I know conditions play a big factor!
