Skiing Accident on our Couples trip to St Moritz
I actually still can't believe this happened, its not sunk in yet. It's worst case scenario when you go skiing, as it can be so dangerous, especially in such bad conditions. But Rob is doing much better now luckily and having surgery this week, so sending him all the love for a speedy recovery.

So beautiful, really sad that Rob had such a bad accident. Wishing for a speedy recovery. Looking forward to wedding planning, remember don’t put too much stress on yourself. Your wedding day is the first day of the rest of your life together , it’s about the two of you and something to look back on x

Nice to see how Alex and Valeria are both natural on video. Love it when Alex is part of the videos it creates another dynamic and fun. Such a lovely couple and you seem to get along so well. Love watching this one apart from the sad accident, wishing the best recovery to ur friend’s partner.

So I am from Austria, and my school class went to a skiing trip to the Arlberg ( which is in Vorarlberg, near Switzerland) and the weather was horrible. Never saw so much snow in my life, and it was really hard to ski, so I ski since I was two but it was incredible difficult. There were also many people from Great Britain and they were lovely, always so positive, and they loved the trees😂❤️

I'm so sad for Rob & Amelia. It's always terrible when accidents ruin your holidays. Years ago, my dad hurt his knee while we were on holiday. It was on the other side of the world from our country, and not an English-speaking country. Luckily my dad is a doctor so it wasn't too confusing when he had to undergo an op there. I hope Rob will recover steadily and that he doesn't have too much trouble getting back to physical activities. Thanks for showing us the trip anyway. The resort looked lovely and cinematically grand.

I don't ski but I snowboard and years ago, I want on a day trip to the local mountains here in CA and hit a patch of ice and flipped forward on my board. I broke BOTH of my wrists. It was such a terrible accident and really turned my life upside down for 3 months. I also had to be stretchered down the mountain by ski patrol. I couldn't even hold a fork in the first weeks after. I wasn't even a newbie and had been boarding for many years, it was just a random wipeout. I've been once since and was just so nervous and lost all my confidence, I will never do it again! My heart goes out to your friend. It's especially terrible he was hurt so far from home. I hope he's on the mend! 💜

My bf and I go sking every week during the season. I used to competitively figure skate so sking was easy for me to learn , plus it helps that my bf was a ski and snowboard instructor. Its such a fun was to spend time with your friends and significant other. Who doesn't like a winter wonderland view?

poor rob i had a bad fall in april and completely twisted and snapped both bones in my lower leg and needed surgery so i know how much agony he must have been in - hope he makes a full recovery! x

It was difficult to enjoy watching the beginning of the video, knowing that something bad was going to happen. Seeing you so happy and not knowing what was in store for you all :( When you said you weren't that confident on the ice I assumed you were about to fall back and crack your head or something. So sorry to hear about Rob! Glad to hear he is on the mend xx

@@VictoriaMagrathI had just gotten out of the military and my husband is still in so we were moving to a new duty station and only had 2 weeks to plan the entire thing and my MIL unfortunately turned it into a huge deal instead of the tiny, family only dinner we wanted.

Really pretty ski resort. Love the white ski outfit. I have never snow skied but I used to ice skate a lot when I was a teenager . My late husband and I would ice skate on dates :) I hope Rob is okay and feeling better soon.

Growing up in Canada, ski trips were very popular in school. Every year there'd be this huge ski trip planned and organized by the schools but I never once went on any of them. Firstly because I'm not much of a sports girl, but mostly because my parents wouldn't allow me to. They were always so scared of me getting hurt that they never signed the permission forms to allow me to go with the rest of my classmates. I never felt disappointed, though, because deep down I never truly wanted to go. I'm such a clutz and so clumsy that I probably would have fallen and gotten really hurt lol Having said all of that, though, I hope Rob is okay. Poor guy :(

If you don't know what a meat fondue taste like please try. It's so good, usually you cook the meat in oil but you have different versions like cooking the meat in red wine or vegetables broth... DELICIOUS!!

I literally got through all episodes of Gossip Girl except for the final episode without knowing who gossip girl was even though it had aired years before. Nice vlog Nice buff you had on your neck and face through the vlog. What was easier to wear and keep up over your face either the buff or the Burberry scarf. Was it easier to breath when wearing your snood or your checked scarf over your face when skiing

Sorry if you've already address this in another comment but how do you keep your hair/make up looking so good at lunch after a morning skiing? I've recently cut my hair to the same length but haven't tried out the new hair in a helmet/snow yet. Maybe you don't get that hot? I find my head is always the warmest place under my helmet? I don't wear a hat etc, just a neck guard but I find that wipes my make up off around my cheeks, mouth etc. Thanksssss!
