Look at her go! I can't believe she was cleared to ski 2 weeks after surgery, that just doesn't sound right. I'm glad she was smart and waited, it just seems like that could have gone bad. I'm just so amazed at how well she is doing, I haven't seen anyone recover from this type of surgery like she has! 💗

Welcome back Bri! Wednesday felt pretty packed out, but the trees didn't have those established ruts. Thursday was actually snowing and the dusting felt great underfoot. Friday morning the lines started early.

I like to the way you edit your videos, and good music too. I'm jealous because I shot GoPro videos and do not know how to edit at all. Amazing how much the snow settled since the storm. Your wife, Bri, must feel ecstatic to get back on the snow after surgery.

Cool. I 'll check it out definitely. Camp Richardson has horse back riding which l haven't done in ages but, it is too far from town where the eateries are. The lnns & lodge offer affordable price & some has a kitchenette. I still like a cabin with a wood fireplace not the electric one as The Sierra is bound to be stormy again.

"Bluebird day" used to have a much more specific meaning: fresh, untracked snow under clear blue skies. Since such pristine conditions rarely last more than an hour or two at most resorts these days, it's now applied - incorrectly IMHO - to any day when the sun happens to come out. Nevertheless, beautiful video, wish I could telemark like that!
