I did get stuck doing this once. The middle of the pipe was gravel which made my skis brake hard. I got out by leaning way back to shift the weight, and then walking baby steps out. By the end of the pipe there was ice, on which I could glide by pushing against the top. It was quite scary before I figured out how to move, though :b
