I played my 152 almost exclusively before it got nerfed, I loved it so much i commisioned a drawing of it at a comic-con, it still hanging threre on my wall. I once one shot three tanks in a row with this thing, it was just a monster when it was top tier. I still go back and play it every now and then, and it's good and all but it's nothing like it was back in the day. Thanks SKIIILLL!

ahhhh i remember playing this thing with the old 286 pen against is3 and just going ham on them, repair dpm build, trading shots and killing the is3 with 2 shots, aiming for the weakspots was basically useless because the accuracy was so bad it didn't matter, also remember when td's didn't lose camo after shooting and square map render...fun times

This line is so criminally underrated. I had fun with each of the tanks. And still do. A huge thing, and for me the most important one is that you need to run improved aiming and atleast have a decent camo crew. With those these tds just transform into something else entirely. Also you have to say "Suuuuuu!" when you fire to gain magical properties to your shell.

Skill your the man! Love all the videos. I love this TD!! It’s my go to when I want to just blast someone or do the damage missions. The gun normally treats me pretty good ironically.

ISU is fun, but winning a match is more fun. I went from a ~59% win rate down to 55% in a couple months as the game does absolutely EVERYTHING in it's power to let me lose. Teams losing a flank with 11 against 2 doesn't even surprise me anymore. Wish they stopped destroying the game with broken premiums and for once try to balance teams so we would have matches that last over 3 minutes and 15-14 wins instead of one team melting in seconds.

Wargaming doesn't care about matchmaking, these motherfuckers are only concerned with releasing new tanks for suckers to spend money on this broken garbage game. Every day less players on the NA server. And to make matters worse, SA is infested with cowardly Seal Clubbers farming Win Rate over newbies. In short, spending real money on this game has got to be pretty dumb.

@@EvilCouncil Your own winrate is ONLY affected by yourself. Of course one has to look at a decent sample size, as random impacts can make the daily winrate fluctuate quite heavily. Every single person that complains about "unfair" or "rigged" stuff affecting their winrate is just making up pathetic excuses for their own incompetence or - what is even worse - their lacking ability to learn and improve upon themselves

@@racernatorde5318 Sure thing buddy. I can play exactly the same for 2 weeks, yet one week I struggle to even get 50% but the next I can pretty much go AFK and get 80% but sure, all my fault. I can obviously affect every match where my team melts in 2 minutes on a flank, after all, it's a 1v1 game right, not 15v15. You sound like someone who gets carried by it's team.

Rare to see someone play this tank like this. I do this too. I don't sit in the back waiting for targets. I hunt. Same with Obj 704. Enemy tanks get stumped everytime they realize what they spot some 50m infront and loose 700hp+

this is my favorite tank and the tank with the most wins i have.i love it with all my heart.i didn't like the buff but i still love it(it was king when KV-1s was the best tier 6 HT).BTW... bring the KV-1s back!!!!

I used to fear the ISU when I was first starting out in WOT. But no more. In fact, I like it when I see an ISU in front of me. Especially if I have a light tank or a medium tank. I know he will miss his shot if I am moving at a decent speed. Then I know he has a very long reload. I know to hit his track and track him so he is stuck. Then I just get behind him and put 4-5 shots up his ass. Easy money.

Skill: in many of your tanks, including TDs, you use Hardening but never Improved Configuration. Given that Modified Configuration does some of the same things as Hardening AND prevents one ammo rack, one fuel tank fire, and one engine damage each game, why do you not use it? -- edited to replace "Improved" Configuration with "Modified Configuration"

My guess is, that he is using equipment that could be obtained by everyone. The experimental one was available only for a limited period of time, so not everyone has it

because more hp is often much more important than modified config. The extra hp can help you survive an extra shot or 2 and potentially clutch a win. You also get tracked MUCH more often than ammorack or fire, so the usefulness is definitely way more than config. config has its use, dont get me wrong. Especially on tanks like bz or 279e, but on them you want to use a combination of both or the experimental version anyway. So for most tanks hardening is just much better. think of it like this, if you have 10% more hp, you can survive for 10% more, meaning that you decrease enemies' dpm by 10%, extremely powerful.

@@nvduceii I understand that reasoning, but Mod Config also increases the speed of ALL repairs by at least 25% (I think it stacks with BIA and maybe vents and food). Until one has crews fire trained, skipping the Auto-Extinguisher for food has greater risks w/o Mod Config. Also, Improved Hardening is +8%, and the 100 more HPs for (say) a 1300 HP vehicle like the Vipera is about one-fourth of a hit at that tier. I wish Skill would offer his answer. I do agree, though, that if tracking is the absolute primary concern, the Hardening may be better.

The crazy thing to me is that the ISU used to have the BL-10 gun from the tier 9 tank in the same tree. Had like 286 pen on standard rounds and something like 330 heat at tier 8.

you don't have enough motivation to beat the carpets around the house play with the premium version. do you want your own team to say that you are doing nothing, while one you have aim the weak points to the maximum and missed several times play the premium version, want to have more reasons to uninstall the game more times play the premium version.

Accuracy doesn't mean nothing. Having a 0.2x gun, aiming all shots with server reticle and the mod.... And still failing. Then you sometimes shot running at 50kmh to a guy moving at 50kmh 300m away and you hit and pen. Yesterday i played 7 or 8 games and pressed altf4 after none of the games was longer than 5 minutes amd pure nonsense. I was not even 1 hour playing. I cannot understand people spending money in the game besides content creators or bourrasque.

Not going to lie, would annoy me to see Skil stop playing halfway through a game chatting to us instead of playing the game. Literally showing shells whilst a game is going on is a disservice to your team mates. Do it in the garage
