I Studied a lot about this music, and i came to the conclusion that is not Hard Rock! This is Alternative Metal! The open sound of heavy guitars.A little to fast to be Hard Rock! Very distorted guitars and vocal with deep voice effect! For me Skillet is the same case as Black Sabbath because most of the band is Hard Rock but their biggest hits are Metal.
