My oh my. Here we use state of the art machinery, cutting tools, spacious work shops. This genius works from sitting on the floor, uses vintage turning lathe, most of all uses his feet! Here we have people who can't use their head if you'd asked them. Absolutely beautiful work. I'd buy one of his hot pots in a blink of an eye.

This young guy is a total craftsman. Making these products without a table and from a sitting position is challenge enough but to achieve the quality with such simple equipment says it all !

I am amazed that these workman use their feet like an extra pair of hands, and can sit on the floor for hours. I also would think that they make their own tools, they inspire me.

That’s an ingenious way to make a wooden bowl with just a flat piece of wood. I’ve never seen that approach before without having to carve out the center.

Not something I've used but traditionally woodworkers might have used sap or amber as varnish, could be one of those.
