Simon Krieger had killed Phins brother and got away with it, and just like Norman, had profited off the suffering of others, thus leading Phin to become the Tinkerer.

May be a hidden detail I don't know it's pretty neat though. If you go into photo mode when you meet both Peter Parker and Doctor octavius, there is a option to hide enemies. If you switch it to off, doctor octavius will disappear. Labeling doctor octavus a enemy because doctor octavius becomes a enemy in Spiderman ps4. I found this on my playthrough. I don't know if anyone else has found it. But thought I'd put it out there. (Edit: put Doctor Octo at first instead of Doctor octavius, so I fixed it)

If you play in ps4 version of this game, peter's face is clearly different you see that they still have the old face model in it, but they changed the face unfinished, so that means the still have the file of his old face in the game, they just changed it
