@@ZhbllokimeDyersh after little research ,this is taser that relies on the 15kv transformer, yes it's can do harm. If it's not enough you can add more the blue capacitor circuit block or change the battery.

if you’re going for more of an offensive and less concealed tool, look into shock baton designs. beauty of them is that they work with stun gun circuits with all you having to do is add more spark gap terminals. adds reach, pairs a kinetic attack with an electric attack, and allows extra space for batteries within the handle.

Pouring resin in the capacitor type shocker is not a wise thing because the life of this type of circuit is short and it needs to be repaired from time to time, and I only suggest pouring resin in its transformer, but because the two-trans type shocker has a longer life and pouring It is better in resin. First circuit is used to convert dc into ac(not pure sine wave)that ac is used to step up by help of transformer and after that high voltage ac is given to voltage multiplier circuit (made of capacitors and diodes) to make some extra high voltage maybe.!
