I never comment but felt I should on this one - so sorry you’re feeling down about yourself and your work. The clip of you baking and talking about it was so relaxing and artistic to me. You’re one of my fave KZfaqrs to watch. I love how you include the everyday sounds of life and remind people to find beauty in the little everyday moments. I was on San Juan island in WA this past weekend whale watching on the west side looking at Victoria across the water thinking about how crazy it was that you were right over there! I think doing what fills your cup is what will naturally secure you in the end. Comparison does not fill a cup but it drains it which sucks because it’s nearly impossible not to compare ourselves with others that we admire. Continue to be who you are and it’ll show through. The influences viewers often are looking for are not for tangible things but the motivation and inspiration to be their own authentic and healthy selves. Your videos have helped me a lot stay true to myself as well and to try new things!

I actually recently fell back in love with your channel after years of not watching your videos. Personally, I love how you show bits and pieces of real life and somehow make it look beautiful. I am 33 years old, and almost all my girlfriends are getting married, buying houses, having kids, or making these extraordinary trips I inevitably compare with -that's been happening the last few months. But then I looked at your videos, and I felt ok with myself, and I was talking with my bf that I should continue watching more of the KZfaqrs I related with; the ones that do things that matter to me, hang out with friends in a chill way, baking, going to the nature. I don't know, you are comparing yourself to others, and I am looking at you to feel related. Please don't stop. Dont, become some other it-clean girl =)

I am definitely not one to comment but I just want to let you know your videos bring me so much ease. I look forward to your videos to feel grounded and be okay with simplicity. They way you edit your videos or even curate your instagram is refreshing and I never feel drained consuming your content (unlike how I feel with most content creators). I'm finding more and more people in the influencer sphere are feeling unfulfilled in their jobs, it kind of sounds like maybe that's apart of it for you? I think thats reasonable and fine. I'm sorry if thats a wrong interpretation! I think also sometimes we become more reflective around our birthdays, so maybe that's part of why you're feeling this stuff! would reccomend Brittany Bathgate who has taken up a second job that seems (obviously from an outside perspective) to be fulfilling her much more

I'm not sure if its necessarily not finding fulfillment, so much as is it's just a hard space to always exist in! and i guess in someways that does play into not being completely fulfilled. i just want to feel more connected to what i'm creating etc :-)

@Sarah Gray I get you! i wonder if like working on art/crafts more often would be helpful... I feel like that's one universal truth, that making things with our hands/bodies really adds a sense of purpose/accomplishment etc etc
