BBofBham Presents: Skin Stories. We’ve asked a group of individuals to volunteer and share their stories. These stories are genuine, raw, and intimate. Each of us go through rough patches in our life that shape who we are. Certain experiences, however, affect us more deeply than others. With this project, we focus on the experiences that shape an individual’s view of their body image and self-esteem. The skin we live in is our barrier to the world. We'd like to break down these walls and invite you to walk on this path with us. Our past doesn't define us, and our skin doesn't either. Our skin isn't flawed; it’s lived in.
