Maam it is said that walnut scrubs caused micro tears in the skin . Is this safe to use?

It's okay but in the long term it can cause hyperpigmentation. It's better to go for chemical exfoliation. Like glycolic acid, lactic acid, salicylic acid. But whatever you do, consult a dermatologist before.

You've to be very very gentle on skin with such scrubs! No pressure at all.
