I was waiting for this video!❤ I have rosacea and ivermectin really helps however, for me what helped the most apart from double cleansing, is using retinol , the one from Hyram and AHA from krave beauty. These 2 used on alternated night skin care routines have changed the game for me.❤❤

Personally I've tried many cleansing oils and all of them gave me really bad acne. I did come with a gel cleanser after using them, before anyone says I was doing it wrong. And every time I stopped used the oil my skin got better. Might be a personal reaction, but I'd stay away.

I will definitely check out your videos after watching this, but I do have to ask - why not a skin cleansing device? I have been using one (really gentle and hygienic, foreo luna) and it has really pleasant pulsations that make cleansing more effective..

Spirolactone is great and have been on it for years. I don’t love the side effects and I don’t think one should just rave about a medicine without talking about the side effects of it being a diuretic and possibly making you more light headed.

I hear what you're saying. However Susan was very clear that with Apostrophe, you work very much with a dermatologist and it by prescription only. It it in Apostrophe's duty to ensure that every single client/patient/user is fully aware of all of the do's, don'ts and side effects. Susan was speaking specifically of her own regime that was prescribed to her only. She was and it always clear about speaking with your derm or prescriber. 💕

Fun fact, technically brands can do 15% azelaic acid otc in the US, it is not an official limit so I'm not entirely sure why brands don't other than formulation issues. The only one I know of so far is Melazepam.

Spironolactone did wonders for my skin, but I hated all of the side effects. I’m currently using 15% Azelaic Acid, 1% ivermectin and Tretinoin (not all at once). Working well, but it’s a slow progress.

Luckily I can get 20% azelaic acid over the counter (in the pharmacy) in Germany. It helped with my rosacea so much.👌 Edit: I wouldn't personally advice to take Spironolactone at night, as it is an diuretic. But you probably have a lower dose and noticed this already.😊
@lelialar
@lelialar Жыл бұрын
I never heard you mention Spira also being a diuretic. You will need to drink a lot from being so thirsty and going the toliet to flush it all out. So after being on it for a year now for cystic acne it has been a very frustrating drug to take. Also one night of a couple of drinks I was then also extremely dehydrated with full shivering and extreme heart rate. Also needs to be mentioned pregnancy is an absolute no no when on it.

Hi Leticia! Sorry you can’t find it. Hydroquinone was removed from retail stores so you can only get it with a prescription. I highly recommend apostrophe for that! If you don’t want to get a prescription, then look for alpha arbutin and tranexamic acid (we have both in naturium multi-bright).
