for us it is just right, we love this boat, I would say take a look at it get all the family on it sit down and imagine fun times!!!!

Brother, I have been watching your channel for weeks about this pontoon boat. I have been looking at the 2022 model Bass Buggy 16XL select. Not fully loaded like yours....pretty much everything else without the fishing package which may come later. Prices have really sky rocketed over a years time. Out the door I'm looking at roughly 26k, that's with taxes and everything. The 18 DXL is the next model up. It's nearly 6K higher than the 16XL. It only gives me 2 feet and one more person. I don't think the extra 6 grand is worth it for 2 feet, one person and 10 horse power. The 16XL seems small compared to the 18 DXL. Do you find your boat to be too small at times? Is it too crowded with you plus 6 people aboard? This will be my first boat of any kind and I'm looking for something affordable and something that I can have for years to come. Would you recommend this pontoon boat as a first boat? Thanks for any advice and input and I have enjoyed your content.

In my opinion it’s perfect.. it fits in skinny waters and places people say pontoons can’t go. It’s mostly 5 of us on the boat at time when I have had 6 it still was good for us. When it’s just three of us I take the two front seats out and it’s even more room to get around. I love it but if you plane on having a lot of people with you I would say sit on the boat before purchasing and make a wise choice. Good luck fam
