Shalewa's counseling scene deeply resonated with me. this year one of my big goals is soul healing. we really do underestimate the power of having a healthy soul. Don't get me wrong, soul healing isn't for those with broken love relationships, and neither is it an event. it's a lifelong process you commit to daily. it prevents us from perceiving and interacting with the world through a broken lens. we all need it.
