Chemical analysis report list Celtic Sea Salt containing about 5 elements ending in "ium" which is usually radioactive. Celtic Sea Salt elements ending in "ium" are reported in tiny amounts but not found in reports for ancient salts of Himalayan or Redmond Real salt. Oceans of our home here on earth used to be cleaner. (+5 minutes into this video.)

I have just started watching your videos and I am trying to start eating more healthy without all the junk. My husband says I am going overboard, but I don’t think so. We have 4 of our grandkids here a lot and I am trying to have healthy things for them to eat. We are both retired so trying to buy things not too expensive. Any ideas especially for popsicles?

I'm lactose intolerant and allergic to all artificial sugars. Your shake/smoothie sounded so good but there is stevia in it. I could use a high protein drink. I broke my leg recently and was told to have a high protein diet to heal.

I'm new to your channel and subscribed. I watched your salt video which was 3 years old but have a question, Celtic salt I used but that has sand in it and it makes all my food bad I had to throw away. I mix the salt in to glass of water to check you could see all dirt/sand in the bottom of the glass.. I'm not using that anymore so now what is my next option?

Me Too😊I was going to comment about Ka’Chava then I saw your comment. It’s also like a smoothie that can also just be hand shaken and it doesn’t just have protein it has so many additional healthy nutrients(vitamins, minerals, vegetables, adaptogens, antioxidants, omega’s, probiotics and more). An average meal doesn’t have all those nutrients. I try to drink one a day. It is on the pricey side…but everything that’s good for you is right🤷‍♀️I know Bobby will talk bad about the vanilla natural flavoring and the xanthan gum (which is the thickening agent) But I just way out all the good things I am getting in a serving and that those two things aren’t bad enough to cancel out all the good things I’m getting.

I posted a comment 7 minutes ago and I think I should elaborate a bit more. I purchased a bag of "WHOLE EARTH plant-based sugar alternative " which has Erythritol & Monk Fruit purchased at Costco. When I used the Bobbie app it said it was Bobbie approved. This may be something to consider after reading the side effects of Erythritol.

Just wanted to pass this along about Erythritol. It seems the latest information about this sweetener seems to be negative as of the beginning of 2023. It claims by various outlets that it promotes heart disease and strokes.

Love love your protein smoothie! My daughter couldn’t believe how good it was, too! I don’t know how you got it smooth but I only tried once and actually forgot to close my lid so went flying all over! My further effort didn’t render smooth…but I don’t mind sticking it in my blender! Will definitely finish up the proteins I have from other companies, and will be subscribing to yours! You nailed it! I can’t wait to try the fruit one! Love watching cook alongside on you tube….I don’t do the social media sights so you tube is only place I can get you!
