The Skoda 135 GL is for sale , pretty rare model designed only for export market and build in only 6603 pcs .
This particular model was a export version for the German market.

I pulled the input shaft out of a gearbox whilst removing the engine. I did not know, at the time that, that the shaft just clips into place, and I ended up replacing the gearbox. What a day that was! Great to see progress on your 135 - I was surprised how easily the ring-gear went onto the flywheel when it was heated up! Best wishes for 2021

Yes , same thing happened to me with the 135 GL . The input shaft can be very easy put back in place but is quite tricky to secure it in place with the safty clip through the small hole under the clutch cylinder 😋 After about 2 hours I manage the o understand how this job can be done easier. In my case the second safty clip was missing, the one further to the back of the gearbox.

And you’ve fixed it! Bet you’re already attached to the 135 😉 This Skoda has got potential. Glad you saw this from the beginning.

Salut! Am cumpărat recent un mic buggy care are motorul de pe skoda 120. Din ce vad sunt foarte asemănătoare si tu ești mult mai meseriaș decat mine. Oare ma poti ajuta cu niște nedumeriri? Am inceput si eu sa lucrez motor si cutie si ma bat uneori de niste lucruri pe care nu le înțeleg.
