Hi sir, the seats in the ambition variant are Little hard and after sitting for more than 15 mins...getting some discomfort in lower back

Nice ownership video, right questions asked and genuine answers... I think someone looking for a car around 15-20 lakh can also choose the mg hector shine variant..as it also has great build quality with premium interiors

@Auto42, your fuel comments regarding using premium fuel is wrong, Skoda TSI needs pure fuel either normal 91 octane) or XP95, which has hydrocarbon based additive. Any metal based additive like Speed, extra-premium, shell premium is bad for injector

Slavia Petrol Ambition 1.0 AT: Dream purchase for me at a cost of 16.4L but highly disappointed with the mileage which is around 7-8 kmpl on City drive. For me, fuel efficiency is another primary factor more than comfort/luxury and 8kmpl is a huge letdown. It was promised around 12 kmpl

AT is not at all FE side, but why don't you take MT? Even this car is not mileage oriented car, except for TDI engines

Hi, u have to try driving light footed and don't try to press the accelerator hardly...just try driving gently and u will see increase in mileage..1l tsi mileage is mostly r Dependent on driving style

Owner is smart enough to choose mid variant because there is no significant difference between mid and top variant . Only imp difference are ventilated seats and orvm

@@skulchand2177 Sunroof is useful only if you live in a mountainous terrain so that ample amount of sunlight is available also you can enjoy beautiful view . It is useless where there is hot and humid terrain . Virtual cockpit is small in slavia and does not do justice for a price hike. Alloys are personal choice even mid variant have alloys Infotainment system is same in mid variant as that of top end model . First there was subwoofer available in top model but now company had removed it even from top model and infotainment screen is reduced to 8inch plus apple car play and android is all wired up . No wireless.

@@skulchand2177 Obviously you are paying money for it so usefulness is top priority. I was going for slavia base model but it didn’t had fog lamps and rear view camera so I bought mid variant Ambition model for rear view camera and fog lights . Fog lights are a must in winter and rainy season and rear view camera for tight parking spaces where I live .😀

All shots of the Slavia were from the Goa launch 🤣🤣🤣 Since even that was blue it's difficult to make out the difference but I was able to since the owner is from Gurgaon and no streets are like the shots

I own the Virus, 1.0 Automatic, most points are similar to the Slavia, AC settles low on Auto cooling, at times you wonder if it's on at all, the reverse camera is a big let down, no dynamic lines, the fog lamps are Halogen, when you spend 20 lacs for a sedan, you expect LED one's, the speakers are 4-5 inch, isn't great but just below average, mileage is around 8-9 for the first 5000 kms as even the service centre engineers agree.

I have been driving slavia Mileage is 10-14 in city And 18-22 on highway AC is low initially after initial start up and above 15-20 km speed it becomes active and very cool. Please drive sanely slavia will perform far better than any one. How many times you drive backwards or have driven till now

@@skulchand2177 myself too want to get 1.0 style SR manual. Being in city everyone are suggesting automatic. I am driving manual car now and felt that clutch of Slavia MT is quite smooth but with deep press. How you are finding the clutch of this car? Any observations on this regard?

I think still Slavia ambition is more vfm variant than style...style should be priced little lower..because all pratical things are covered in ambition variant

We asked. He says the middle seat is a joke but the other two rear seats are sufficiently comfortable for someone as tall as him. The headroom is adequate and there's enough legroom with a 5'8'' tall driver.

From what i understand seeing the brochure of Slavia, Ambition variant comes with only 2 Front door speakers & 2 Tweeters. Nothing at the rear doors ! Is this true ? Cause if it is, it is simply horrendous considering that one is shelling out 16+ Lac for this car and not even getting the basic 4 speakers!!
