Fun fact for you....the stadium of Red Stars biggest rival Partizan is just two blocks away and on darby day the whole city is on lock down almost especially the area around the two stadiums... you'd think there's war going on because of the amount of police and riot teams on the streets.....day starts very early for the fans they meet up in bars and start gathering then they all meet up in a huge group and do the Koroteo ( walling through the streets of the town to the stadium,groups join from all over the country even foreign countries ) Some travel even from Russia and Greece where our brother clubs are Spartak Moscow and Olympiacos ....you should definitely come and experience it for yourself....even the away games are fire...but tbh that's not just in Serbia is all over Balkan the fans are giving it all for their clubs

To answer your questions: yes you're definitely welcome in our stadium, and in our country in general, if you're black, i just wouldn't go in the north or south stands, not because of racism but because it's an area reserved for passionate 90 minute chanting supporters and tourists aren't very welcome, the western stand is the friendliest towards neutrals. the whole uefa supports terrorism thing is because they recognized kosovo as an independent federation when their rules state that only internationally recognized countries may enter uefa, which kosovo isn't, the UCK albanian rebels have committed terrorist acts. As far as which english clubs you can support, usually most are well liked, manU and liverpool are popular amongst the older ultras, and with manU having had Vidic who is a red star legend, you're fine. In Yugoslavia, we had an increase in African population due to our then president’s great relationship with African and Middle Eastern states (meanwhile Belgium were holding human zoos for black kids).
