I have a theory that this room was supposed to be the "house for sale" at Diamond City but they ended up making Home Plate instead. From these views, to the power armor stand, to the sunroof, and even the big "Boston" decal, it screams wastlander home

The last room you went into with the first aid kit, if you go around and jump around the pipe from the outside, then you can keep walking along the top of diamond city. There's a bit more loot there. You can also look at the inside of Diamond City from there, it's a much lower quality.

Every other comment is "Minor l00t omg". Like, yes, fusion cores ARE minor loot. They're so easy to come across.

There's a mod that turns it into a workshop and allows you to build a ramp to the other buildings for entry afterward.

I horde my fusion cores and never use them and now I have a chest with 287 fully charged fusion cores.

If you play on PC, you can create a settlement here. The issue you run into is that you can’t get settlers up here cause the A.I. sees this place as “off the map” even if you put stairs. So settlers can’t get here unless you spawn settlers using console command.

Wasteland workshop does. Raiders can claim OTHER RAIDER places that they take over with the Raider faction they choose to build up and side with. All you need to do is place one flag and any and all work benches now work as normal, plus... You can custom build there too. The "welcome mat" is a "Fast travel" mat.

From what I understand, this place is a left over peice of cut content. One of the developers planned to have a little dinner above Diamond City but do to time restraints, the dev had to leave it incomplete.

I feel like this video was made for me. I already had over 60 buffjet in my inventory, and I have a piece of armor that makes me 10% faster, making parkour easier

Yes i play a stealth sniper on Survival and dont use PA, that being said yes i do have a set with jumppacks and a tonne of AP food/drink exactly for reasons like this. No Buffjet for me xD

Just got to that room with no jumping, and no use of chems. I just found a garbage can, and climbed up a wall to get to the room. Super easy!

I love Fallout 4 but I really hate using my Power Armour. I'm doing a stealth build with a focus on sneaking and intelligence, I like getting fusion cores but they're worthless for me; I could just spawn them in using console commands you know. I'd prefer a stash with some high-end guns or armour tbh.

Why dose every one say fusion cores are rare I have a box with 168 of them and I'm in survival. never play any other difficulty. I don't use any mods that alter spawn plus I have over 70,000 caps I'm a pack mule I have once been 400 pounds over my 250 limit and walked to demand city from strongs cave .the game is to easy . You can go further, take another buffjet and run along narrow wall. Jump out and back onto wall around pipe that sticks out, there is a duffel bag and explosives box , and a room to drop into that goes to the stadium floor

There's a mod on PC called Conquest that lets you build campsites using a grenade-type thing, and then using the campsite workshop, you can place an actual workshop and make a settlement.

IIRC that area was originally supposed to be the player home for Diamond City, back when they planned for D.C. to be three times as large and populated, with a whole literal city growing up out of the upper stands. They had to scrap the entire design because of time and funding constraints, and DC is now just a mediocre village of a dozen people or so.

The first jump was definitely harder than the buffjet jumps--got it in one go as well!
