Skratch Labs VS Maurten 320

Today I will put two drink mixes to the test in a head to head battle. Maurten has gotten a ‘lot’ of press in the endurance world as of late, and I will compare it to Skratch that has been around a while. Please consider subscribing to the channel, and thanks for watching.

Thanks for this trying Maurtans because it’s on IMC course but didn’t even notice no salt laugh out loud not going to work for me then I sweat wayyyyyy tooo much

It has salt, but not enough for long distance events. Maybe you could add an electrolyte cap to it. All the best at IMC. Did that one many many times in the past. Love Penticton!

Tried the Maurtens 320 today and it was awful. I was already tired from my ride so having to drink that Maurtens was very difficult. If I were to do it again I'd add a few scoops of some favoured aminos.

Thanks for sharing. Was reading about these two (Super Fuel and Maurten) in Runners World. Any thoughts on timing of taking Skratch? Is it both a pre run and mid run fuel? Currently marathon training. Thanks! ✌️

Ive been using skratch labs for about 2 months now. Wonderful taste, probably the best so far that all I have tried. Currently interested in trying out the Hi-Lyte Pro Hydration. Have you heard of it/tried it yet?

And can I guess that you might be Canadian as that looks a lot like Bubbles :). I believe he and I went to the same uni (St. F.X.)

@@Dogwalkerdave haha! No, I'm from the U.S.A and just love the show a lot. If i ever do buy the Hi-Lyte Pro powder, I'll have to swing by here and let you know if its any good.
