So I am working on making the build, have everything but the guns and let me just say it works.... I took on 3 players as well as some NPC ships. I thought for sure they would take me out. Two of the players ended up leaving realizing it was going nowhere, the other player fought to the end

Anyone can help me please my ship isn't repairing itself with the repair perk, beeing out off an fight does not give 1% health back.... This game is so dirty at times... Just frikin out

It repairs you when your taking damage below 20%

...dies easily to the carronade severe damage flooding meta, since it has zero resistance against that and if your lower 20%HP are like one shot or crew attack neither rigging station nor black prince is rescuing you🤣 btw you were up against 2 level 11 ships, sambuke and padekawang with a level 12 brig... not much of a challenge with a decent build to be honest😅

I have a build I consider superior to this with 2 x Zams on port/starboard and Leopold III mortar. Not sure why you are using Mortar III vs Leopold. I understand Long Nine might be for side range but seems odd to me for that.

I think the build is literally busted and bugged. Your health did not move at all at the start with all the other ships thumping the crap out of you. Probably bugged right now.

I can see the math. And I see the mitigation. I can see the 420 heal every 1 second. I’m not arguing the numbers. I have been playing these type of games a long time and stuff like this generally is not working as intended. Yes, a lot of the damage coming his way was explosive - from bombards and mortars. 50% damage reduction and 35% explosive resist is very significant and I can see the 420 heal a second out performing the damage. 8400 health is 20% hull health. But the flame damage the Sambuk was kicking out should have at least ticked it down some. But then again it comes down to how the game computes flame ticks. And how the 5000 burn damage when you are set ablaze from the sambuk gets mitigated. 2500 is half that would still chunk the bar a bit. Don’t get me wrong it’s an awesome synergy but what happens when that hits the meta and you can’t kill anybody? Guess we can test it with friends when we can flag for PvP and really test the numbers.

Is not busted the enemies need to wait for HP to be low enough to board your ship, this case the brigantine can’t be place on floating damage. There are ways to kill this build ,but the average joe will get destroy by this build .

@@karpogaming here's a build for you. Snow Water tank Rum pantry Rigging station That new ugly red armor Eat a Nzida na Ndyama. = Invicible. I just ignore people in pvp and sail away. Weapons don't matter, i use 3 dards.

Roflmao. After this update this video became useless lol. Weapon and armor ratings mean absolutely nothing now. A day 1 noob can sink a 300 hour in level 12 after tonight’s update lol.

It works how it should. There are ways to kill this. Destroy sails drop a mortal Leopold 3 get close aboard ship when hp at 19 % but must people will use attack instead of boarding .

@karpogaming I tried this build today, and I wanted to use it for the helm wager. So before taking the helm wager, i went to test against some rogues, they killed me instantly 🤣
