If you are having problems with one earbud not connecting Place both earbud in case and fully charge the case Check to see if non working earbud will power on - place back in case if not turning on Remove working earbud Click earbud 4 times to sync Place back in case Remove non working earbud Check to see if it will power on

For anyone that just bought these and they don’t turn on and they don’t charge , quickly pull off the while vinyl where the pins would make contact since it is nowhere on the box or instructions🎉 you’re welcome

He is saying if it's not charging maybe you didn't remove the white plastic on earbuds charging pin . But I did and I am facing the same problem my right ear bud is working but left isn't

@@todd7597 yeah my problem solved first of all charge your earbuds for atleas one and a half hour leave it there until it shows green light instead of red on the case . Once it's charged first of all shut off the the Bluetooth on your phone and remove them from your connection history then take both earbuds out at same time and wait 4 seconds both will blink 4 times in sync This means both have paired together now press both earbuds for 4 sec both will blink which would mean it has forgotten all previously paired device now on your Bluetooth and select the earbuds they will work . From this point onwards make sure your Bluetooth is off when you take out the earbuds from case and wait 6 sec let them blink 4 times after that turn on Bluetooth and connect.

Yes try clicking the button twice multiple times as right airbud increases its volume when clicked twice and the left one decreases it's volume when clicked twice

I have an issue with My left earbud is not pairing to any device. when i put the left earbud in charging case , the red light is coming continuously 24*7, but if i remove the left earbud from charging case , no light is coming and the earbud is also not pairing.
