Difference between a business having videos which operate 24/7 and a random stranger using his own device to film you specifically. Doubt you'd want your face smothered all over the Internet without your consent. You're allowed to film in public but how you use that is a different story.

@@patricia_1303 there's one thing being on camera and another being filmed. The sole intention of this video is to film that woman and security guard. Is that its self illegal? No. But could it be classed as harassment? Yes. Could it be defamation? Yes. If something happened to that security guard, he could say its because he posted a video of me and I got attacked because of it. There's a reason why people ask for consent for being filmed or posted online. Sad world we live in but you have no idea what could be used against you.

@@patricia_1303 Harassment:to subject persistently and wrongfully to annoying, offensive, or troubling behavior. Doubt anyone wants someone to shove a camera in your face while you're working. So it is annoying and it is persistent. To then post it on the Internet is troubling since you can easily identify the location and the person which I mentioned could put him in danger. Yes you're right there are people out there who do this. But there are two things you must know, most people don't have the energy to go through the hassle of courts over some petty thing with someone who hasnt got a life. Secondly people who do this are mostly unemployed people on benefits so even if they do get charged legal aid will support them.and they're not fussed because prisons are over crowded so the most they'll get is a fine which they'll never pay.They have nothing to lose. That is until you get someone who will smash your phone up and beat the living cap out of you. Yes most people don't want to be in Hollywood and even fewer are getting paid for it. If you're so vocal about supporting this behaviour, how about you give me the address of your workplace and I'll come and film you?

I filmed an incident and i was being told I can't film by the sky staff until the police stepped in and said I could, so I confirmed it to her but she was hiding. There was no element of provoking anybody 😂👍Thanks for your visit
