Watched this in Aug 2020 and was astounded. I was still a newbie back then but loved using your Signature Isolation move in my flow! (when you shake the hoop while lifting it in the air/in a circle, at 3:14) Coming back to watch again 1.5 years later to see what intermediate tricks I recognize now! You've always been an inspiration, thanks for sharing your flow!

Why is it that mostly girls hoop? I know guys do it but I'm sure guys can sling around a hula hoop just as well. I would just love to see more guys do this type of flow art since I've bought my first hoop after seeing these type of videos and I need inspiration but from a guys perspective since I will be representing hooping in the males divisions
