They then became the first in Singapore to create Home Presentation Tours with a human factor in the video and weaving plus points, features, benefits and importantly, telling a story for each property thus creating a niche in helping their sellers’ properties differentiate & stand out by marketing their property listings with a creative approach. Currently PropertyLimBrothers has close to 500 videos represented.
Producing their signature home tour videos with unique content became their daily bread. All content are created in house, because they do not wish to outsource this creative portion, thus giving rise to forming their own social media in-house agency team (PropertyLimBrothersMedia).

The diagonal beam across every room is the killer. Feels like prison. No place for TV in the living room. All bookshelves. Buyer must be a book lover. At $3mil, This will be a hard sell unit.

im guessing the price tag is negotiable cuz the beams... n someone mentioned that it will have the view blocked in the future... the fact its a 99 year lease for 3 million... and.... people will have to renovate the living room for a tv

4brs unit looks quite good. However, residents don't like the balcony. Coz one unit can see another unit. It bothers privacy. Must consider when you buy 2or 3 brs.

With the 3.288 Meters ceiling cant understand why the aircon blowers have to be pushed all the way to the edge of the ceiling . There should be at least six inches gap from ceiling to the top cover of aircon blower.

The presentation is OK, but the standard of English is rather poor. Lots of grammatical mistakes, which makes it feel rather unprofessionally done. "Enclave" is pronounced "on-clave", just like "en-bloc" is pronounced "on-bloc". What is "face the entire south side" ? "bridged up 3 different bridges" ? "architecture fleets" ?

I hate it as well but salesmen don't need good English unfortunately. Anyway he will never dramatically improve his English since he clearly was brought up speaking subpar English so it's too ingrained at this point.

I cringe at their choice of words and errors too. But I enjoy looking at homes in Singapore so I have to tolerate their level of English.

@@meemtong5589 there are many other property agents also using videos to showcase properties. Granted, PropertyLimBrothers were probably the "pioneers", but that doesn't give them the right to rest on their laurels. If anything, I would say they've become arrogant and complacent.

For $3 million dollars, you can buy 2 Terraces, or even 2 semi - Ds in WESTWOOD, WESTVILLE, which is located in Jurong West. The built up area of each Terrace is 2,500 square feet and the land is at least 1,700 square feet. If you buy 2 Terraces for $3 million, you can stay in one and rent out the other !! Condos in Singapore simply cannot make it !!
