She got SO much special treatment during their engagement and early days after their wedding by both the press and the royal family themselves. She was constantly breaking protocol and flouting the rules yet I think because they didn’t want to be accused of racism, the royal family put up with her and went out of their way to try to make her feel welcome at first, giving her the benefit of the doubt as I think so many people were optimistic and genuinely excited about the marriage that they wanted to believe the best about her, so that’s why the media attention seemed to turn on her because everyone started to realize this just was her personality and they could no longer excuse it as being ignorant or nervous. Even then the attention focused on stories on her bad behavior rather than anything that could be construed as the press going after her or targeting her. It’s like the second she stopped getting all this special attention and people stopped making excuses for her bad behavior she turned on them.

She claims to be a victim but it’s okay for her to make fun of their ways.

You never hear them talking about how thankful they are for what they have.

This happened to come on just now and although I'd seen it months ago, I knew immediately I would listen once again. I LOVE you two!!! Your reactions are so like mine, actually tamer at times. The Catherine and William engagement interview randomly came up and I watched it and some of the things that stood out for me was Catherine's humility about doing the job as a royal and being willing to learn , William recognizing Catherine as her own, unique person and not a copy of Diana and wanting to avoid the mistakes of the past with his parents, the press etc. Compare that with this documentary where they try to portray Meghan as a reincarnation of Diana and the Harry and Meaghan engagement interview where Meghan confidently said she would hit the ground running and you see that immense immaturity and the deluded grandiosity of this couple. The know it all who said she would hit the ground running couldn't hack it while the other one who showed a willingness to learn is still there and doing a great job. Also, William recognizes Kate's individuality while both Harry and Meghan want her to be the next Diana which is creepy and unhealthy.
