Knees can 100% go past your toes, that's a myth. Just depends on what your range of motion / mobility is like 😊

@@skyewheatleyofficial I think they mean in line as in don’t bend your knees in towards each other, keep them in line and going the same direction as where your toes are pointing

@@skyewheatleyofficial Yeah there's a difference between in-line with your knees and over your knees. Def keep your knees in line as this stops any buckling and risk of injury, however when squatting your knees can go over your toes if your ROM can take you to a lower squat.
