I've not seen my dad in forever. When he came home 5 years ago this music plays. When Veterans Day came... there was one soldier missing , my dad, my mom hided the fact that we lost our king. When she finally told me as I'm waiting by the door step looking for dad. I had a complete melt down. This song reminds me of the kind man he was and how he fought for people. I pray and tell god to tell him we would always remember him and love him. I wish this never happened but sadly there's nothing to bring him back now. I love him and he will always be in my heart. My mom past away when I was 12... My son was a MP in the Army for 12 years. He was deployed many times-the last 3 were in Iraq. He never completed his 3rd tour. Wars don’t make any sense to me. Men in suits decide to have a war. They send our children, husbands, wives, mom’s, dad’s...our loved ones to fight that war they planned. May God continue to watch over all of our troops, and keep them safe...

I played this song when I went to get the cremated ashes of my 12 yr old chihuahua 2 days after he crossed the rainbow bridge on May 8th. He was like a service dog to me cause after I had an epileptic seizure sleeping on the couch he would snuggle at my ankles. 😢
