Thanks for sharing .. I've never visited NYC but if I did I'd like to walk past the building with the address 18 E. 18th ST, the reason is that when I was a kid I used to order ventriloquist puppets from that location when the entire building was known as Juro Novelty & Manufacturing. This was in the 1960's. I'm sure that factory is now long gone and a new business is in that location. ..... thanks, Cheers

The 16 on the front of Engine 16 is probably from its old 88 Mack Pumper. In 1995 Engine 16 Ladder 7 responded to Upper Manhattan for a fire Engine 16 at the time was still using its 1988 Mack Pumper while Ladder 7 was still using its 1984 Mack Tower Ladder then in 1996 Ladder 7 used a 1995 Seagrave Maurader Tower Ladder while Engine 16 was still using its 1988 Mack Pumper then in late in 1998 Engine 16 used a late 1997- early 1998 Seagrave Maurader Pumper while Ladder 7 was still using its 1995 Seagrave Maurader Tower Ladder. But in 2009 Engine 16 operated a 2009 Seagrave Maurader Pumper and is still being used today while Ladder 7 was using a 2006 Seagrave Maurader Tower Ladder then in 2015 Ladder 7 was using a 2015 Seagrave Maurader Tower Ladder

Thank you, just wondering if there is any information about 8802? The 88 pumper you mentioned. I know she was used as foam 95 in 2009 but there is a gap that we dont see any information as to what she was used for. I assume she was kept in storage. My family and I rescued her from the scrap yard and hooe to restore her and include her history and stories. If anyone has any, they would be greatly appreciated.

Friggin love Seagrave rigs man. And that ass clown in the white truck completely failed to yield. Ya clearly saw the rig coming out and had enough time to hit the breaks and stop. Then kinda ends up in the way further down the street. Lol Some people man some people😒 Stay safe brother! God bless🙏💪🚒🚑🚔👊

Why don't they have automatic closing doors? Many stations seem to require someone push a buttun.

They do have them but not aloud to use them! Firefighters have to make sure no one gets into the firehouse
