Duane "Keffe D" Davis divulged details about the night of Shakur's death in a 2019 memoir that gave new life to the police probe.

It’s crazy that they let this dude walk free for decades when they knew he was involved. He got to stay out and enjoy his life when he should have been rotting in jail.
