The thing he shouted was a new combat mechanic they put in, it's the dragon language, certain words do different harmful effects to the dragons, and only the dragonborn can use them, as you kill dragons you learn more powerful shouts to stun and kill the dragons

@Quarolet Haha yeah me too, but in the actual trailer, the knight fires this like blue mist at the dragon, thats where I got the idea from :')

Thats only the first word of the shoop da whoop shout the second word causes Dr Octagonapus to jump out of the dragonborns mouth and lazor the dragon and the third word Summons Cell and Octagonapus together for a dual Lazor
