Triple follower interactions in Skyrim?! Now you can have full adventuring party banter between your favorite Skyrim follower mods with Redcap the Riekling, Remiel the Dwemer Specialist, and Xelzaz the Argonian Telvanni with THOUSANDS of lines of interactions both between each individual follower and many interactions involving all three! Redcap, Remiel, and Xelzaz are all now available on The Elder Scrolls V Skyrim SE (Special Edition) and AE (Anniversary Edition) on both PC and Xbox.

This is incredible, not only do I love all of their dynamics, but I think this has to be the first time I have ever seen three separate follower mods interact at the same time. That must have taken a lot of work to pull off!

These are my absolute favorite followers. Having everyone interact is so nice and really builds a story of a group of friends adventuring

Redcap v1.3.0 is up now!!! This is a huge update bringing Redcap to Xbox, introducing new features like 8 new armors to change Redcap's appearance, Sneak Mode, well over 300 lines of interactions between Redcap and Remiel, and of course the full party banter between Redcap, Remi, and Xelzaz! Make sure to grab all three followers' most recent versions!

I already have Serana (modded), Lydia (modded), Auri, Sofia, Lucien, Kaidan and Inigo... With the Dragonborn, they are the Fateful Eight.. Hmm, I think I might add Xelzaz, Redcap and Remiel now. For Heaven's Eleven. Really gotta think a better team name.

Well I know what my next play through will start with. Start near Riften and grab Xel's, get a drink with Sam for the Markarth teleport to collect Remi then collect Redcap as I head to Whiterun. Can do Ill Met By Moonlight and ask Xels to stick around while I'm at it. Grab Sanguine's Staff and be in a perfect position to take Redcap home. Perfect plan.

I will say that Redcap has commentary for all of A Night to Remember, and a lot of it only happens if he's there with you for the drinking contest!

Redcap needs interaction if the Dragonborn decides to make him a member of the Blades XD

He can't be a member of the Blades (and he wouldn't want to be lol) but he does have a *very* fun Blades-related thing coming in his next update :)

@@FathomX Sounds neat that he can interact with the blades. Honestly, I wish the other guilds in Skyrim had that recruitment system like the blades to set new homes for certain followers.

Redcap does have his own home system under his 'About adventuring together' topic to assign him any home location you like, including the Blades temple/any of the other guild halls if you want him to live there when he's not following you

How is it even possible on a coding level to do patchless support for three-way interactions?

Pretty much the same way patchless interactions are done between two followers: we are checking for the other followers .esp's to be present, and if they are we are then using the follower's specific ID's to fill aliases which we use to set up the dialogue and scenes :)

Redcap, Remiel, and Xelzaz are all custom framework followers with their own frameworks, so they do not take up the vanilla follower slot and can be used alongside any other custom followers. You should never use other mods that affect followers like follower frameworks (AFT, etc.) on custom mod followers, it will break their AI.
