Everyone talking about him knocking Ruiz out quickly to prove himself. Let's not forget he holds 4 belts. He has nothing to prove to the casual fan. It aint his fault you guys dont know anything. All previous belt holders were the best in their divisions. Just because someone feels that Wilder is the best and holding the best belt doesnt make it so. Don't forget the WBC Diamond belt guys that coming up between Fury & Whyte! He should have fought Whtye whose actually ranked no.1 but it's been proven Wilder has ducked him. People are so quick to dismiss this. Braezeale didnt earn the title shot, neither did Fury. Neither hold any titles. So what did it prove? Absolutely nothing, other than to the casual boxing fan that Wilder has a strong punch and lets not start that triangle theory nonsense again because it wont work. Ruiz will be a tough fight because the only person that lasted the full 12 rounds with AJ was Parker and Ruiz went toe to toe with this guy also for the decision. Ruiz ain't Braezeale. He's far better and more credible. AJ has nothing to prove on the night other than winning. The End!

@@Jaime77417 I'll admit that was an embarrassing performance. At least we still have Wilder vs Ortiz 2 and Fury. I also am curious to see how Whyte performs. AJ has a chance to change his style and redeem himself in the Ruiz rematch (if he works on his heart, endurance, brawling skills, and head movement) but, for now I'm writing him off. He disgraced boxing, but Ruiz has gotten better. That's what makes it interesting. I think he is the fastest heavy hitting heavy weight But, his reach disadvantage is still a huge handicap. I want to see him fight guys like Wilder, Fury, Ortiz, and Whyte to see how he holds up against other opponents. Even if AJ quickly beats Ruiz in the rematch, I won't look at him the same. He will have to gradually build himself back up. This makes it clear to me that Wilder would beat him, esspecially since Wildrr seems to have actually become a better boxer since his fight with Fury. I can't wait to see Whyte, Fury, and Wilder's reaction to this.

@@Ez-sf2gl Watch the Ruiz vs Parker fight..Many believe Ruiz won..but since he fought in Parker's home town they gave the WBO belt to Parker..Then Parker and AJ fought for the WBO and parker lost..so what im saying is if they would've given the WBO to Ruiz in the beginning he would've been the one fighting AJ instead of Parker..but thing happen for a reason..maybe it wasn't his time to fight AJ..but now 2 yrs later Ruiz is the new Heavyweight Champ.
