Poch won't get sacked, but he only has year on his contract. I think Poch is going to demand extension or mutual termination. He will need to feel full backing and I wouldnt blame him not wanting to go in to next season without extension. So its not if chelsea will sack him, its whether they prefer extension to parting ways I think. I would offer him a 12-month extension without hesitation.

I'd keep ETH and give him one more season because he's proved it. Won a cup and finished 3rd in his first season. He only had a bad season cause of the massive injury records (which was also due to the many games played last season). ETH lost capable players in key positions for an entire season and the likes of Rashford lost form. I mean how could any football fan with a brain not figure that would affect the rhythm of play? I mean how was he going to implement his football philosophy with such a thin squad depth. And now, everyone is tipping Tuchel ahead of him regardless of the disaster of a season he too had, plus his past fallouts with his previous managers. Ratcliffe must be outta his damn mind to hire this guy tbh

Tuchel would be a top appointment for Manchester United. You don't have contact with managers if you aren't thinking of replacing your current one. I can see De Zerbi going to Juventus, back to his native Italy given that they've just let Max Allegri leave the club.

First of all, there is no indication that Tuchel would be great at United, he failed at Bayern with talents that are far superior that United, he won't do well for United. Secondly, Fabrizio Romano himself said there is no concrete talk between United and Tuchel. Only Tuchel's representative who are making noise because they are trying to generate interest for Tuchel. Tuchel is similar to Mourinho, 2-3 year cycle and then falling apart and get sack, he has done it at many top teams, United don't need such a manager.

See how I used your own point above against you? Secondly, they did have discussion recently to get Tuchel to stay. However, Tuchel demanded 3 things from Bayern (you can watch Romano's video) but Bayern said no. If Bayern desperately wanted Tuchel to stay, they could easily give in and accept Tuchel's demands.

Tuchel is not a solution for Man Utd right now. we rather keep Ten Hag than bringing in Tuchel, The problem we have right now is that some players cannot give enough to the club. this has been proved by some players like Mainoo, Garnacho, etc. they have provided their best at their age, but some players are not even trying, We have changed many Coaches but the energy is still the same from the players, They only perform well when the new coach arrives but when they get used they just start playing rubbish. The problem is in some players. Let them go and bring in new players who are going to give in their effort in winning a trophy

Tuchel is a great manager, he’s just behind the very best in Pep & Klopp. However he is very defensive minded and tends to fall out with players A LOT. I just don’t think he’s a good fit. I’d rather stick with Ten Haag or get a steady Eddie in Southgate that might stabilise the club and get us in the top 4 consistently before him going and trying to find the next Pep or Klopp to contend to win the league. We are miles away from winning anything other than a cup.

If Sir Jim should ever appoint Tuchel as our next manager, we are in trouble! Because that would only indicate that he has no vision. Just take a look at his time at Bayern, it's the first time i have ever seen Bayern looks so vulnerable, i mean, they have not been up to their standards for a few seasons now, but it's all because they are yet to find a proper manager. But this particular season, they look so average, and they have better players than us. We need something different, United. We need something fresh. I'm tired of the same old system, it has become useless now. We need a reinvention, and it's not only the manager, but most of the players need to depart also. United could never win the league under Tuchal, PSG and Munich bar this season are his only titles in 15 years, doing it with United in the EPL would be almost impossible for him. I'd rather gamble with someone with less experience but has shown promise, like McKenna or DiZebri.

I can tell you as a United supporter that if ETH is sacked and replaced by Tuchel - we will not be happy. Tuchel will take some time to be accepted.
