As an Arsenal supporter I still see us as two points behind given Manchester City’s two games in hand. I’ll only get excited if City drop points, but as of now, I’m expecting a second place finish. Given that however, this season has been a massive improvement and I certainly don’t count it as unsuccessful. If we continue on this trajectory, with a couple of marquee signings in the Summer, major silverware will come our way at some point in the near future.

The only difference now is there’s no pressure on Arsenal. In fact City are looking shakey and potentially can lose points.
