Skyway mags will absolutely work with the right pads. Here is an example video of how the Clear Kool Stop Supra 2 pads work on mag wheels.

heck ya bro. i plan on doing tons of old school flatland videos this summer. mt biking also in the mt hood forest. and i should do a pontiac skatepark video in may. i do reviews on dept store mongoose bikes and also i ride high end bikes in my main bmx videos. but i do all kinds of bike videos in the summer. i also am rebuilding a haro shredder that was given to me. all stock. but i want to paint it like a 88 haro master.

I cant get my Dia compe FS 880 with kool stop supra 2 to work with my skyway tuff 2 (maybe because i use acs pro rotor) - but your video gives me hope :)

The Rotor was awful when it first came out, and it is awful today, try a Gyro, they work perfectly with no friction loss.

I have the black kool stop supra 2's and they stop awesome on my black tuff mags. Took a while to break them in,they bite hard now but squeek alot too now,lol. trade off with mags.

Funny im coming back to this video by accident. I swapped my mag wheels from orange to white on my skyway and i threw on some Koolstop flatland clears and man they are loud already but working right out of the box,lol

Boy they sure are LOUD! My bros and I go ride through miles of paved trails and I almost want to use my feet to stop because of the noise and excessive bite. But one you get to the flatland it sure is nice to have them WORK!

Just did to Haro’s and purchased some wannabe Skyway mags from the UK red and blue. Should I get the correct color for each color rim or get the clears? I bought odyssey ghost pads and those mags eat right through them! The video is on my page of the 2 bikes.
