Күн бұрынSince owning my Mercedes 2013 SL63 AMG for nearly 6 months, there are a couple of small fixes & refreshes I need to address to get the car looking up to my standards.

Nice touches there mate, I recently bought my CLS 55 AMG W219 and ordered all discs & pads for it, 19" wheels refurbished, original wheels. Remapped to 650bhp, an SL is always my favourite too 👌

Great job! If you are looking for an exhaust upgrade, I am selling a set of Weistec downpipes and midpipes. When I had them fitted on mine, the car was running a tune of 700bhp. Insane!

Great looking car. I've done a few of your DIY jobs on mine. I welcome any ideas you may come up with to apply to my AMG. Nothing wrong with mods. It's your car. Personalize it as you like.

Great video! I followed your advice and took the wheels off now I cant get them back on and its on bricks. I also tried to smooth down the bumper with a brillo pad and its rougher than a badgers arse now. Any advice?

Is this the 5.5 liter with the notorious cylinder wall scoring issue. Wanted to get gl63 that sort of reg but got scared off. What’s your thoughts?

No, that isnt this engine. This engine the M157 apparently had issues with timing chains on the early models.

Did you buy it from Scotland or has it lived in Scotland? ? Shouldn't have rust issues at all.

Its only surface rust on the main exhaust pipe, barely anything on it at all. - the thinness of the metal comment wasnt referring to any rust.
