The SLAB TRANS HEAVY DUTY  is specially designed for the handling of  large format tiles up to 320 cm in length.
It consists of a set of two profiles of extruded aluminum, reinforced, retractable and adjustable from 160cm to 320cm and two perpendicular crossbeams that gives the robustness and stability of the whole system, particularly during the handling of the heaviest pieces.
Thanks to the 6 vacuum cups, the fixer can adjust the fixing points that ensure the security in the handling of the material being lifted.
For a correct fixation of the system, the surface must be clean of dust or other debris.
The set has 4 handles (2 per guide) that can be adjusted and positioned throughout the length of the guide, facilitating and adapting the SLAB TRANS HEAVY DUTY giving confidence and peace of mind every time.
SLAB TROLLEY
Transport and maneuvering system of the SLAB SYSTEM range, for large-format sheets. Especially indicated for the HANDLING of tiles with thicknesses of at least 6 mm.
The SLAB TROLLEY is for exclusive use with the Transport systems of the RUBI SLAB SYSTEM range: SLAB TRANS HEAVY DUTY and SLIM EASY TRANS *. Thanks to the EASY FIX fixing system, the SLAB TROLLEY allows quick and easy assembly and disassembly.
The SLAB TROLLEY is light and compact. Its design guarantees that the SLAB TROLLEY occupies only the right space. And its reinforced aluminum profiles give it great strength and structural strength with minimum weight.
The RUBI SLAB TROLLEY incorporates an extendable arm to facilitate the maneuver of loading and unloading of the ceramic sheet on the WORK TABLE. With the arm folded, the SLAB TROLLEY allows you to go through the frame of a standard door without the need to perform complex or risky maneuvers, even while carrying large format ceramic.
Equipped  with four rotating wheels (360º) with STOP & FIX braking and locking system, the SLAB TROLLEY  increases the safety in loading and unloading maneuvers. Thanks to the inclination of the transport system the SLAB TROLLEY becomes the ideal support to carry out the double gluing application task.
The SLAB TROLLEY has rubber bumpers at its ends to avoid possible impacts with the material or other elements.
With the SLAB TROLLEY the user can manipulate pieces of up to 140 kg of maximum weight and a format of up to 360 cm x 160 cm.
