Back for another Stoopicold! This was my 4th year attending, and we finally had weather on our side.
But, as always, this year brought some new unique challenges. Namely, timing. Fitting shoots in before and after the show was especially tough this year. For example, my shoot with the ISF and GTI, we were literally chasing sunset immediately after the show. Luckily, Kyle's EK hatch at the beginning was perfect for a night shoot with his underglow. And, again, I was thrilled to not have rain or snow this time around. While it meant fewer reflections and puddles, it also meant more people enjoying the day outside, and more time for drift cars to hit the track.
The drift cars had to be me favorite part of the show. Every driver showed some insane talent and knew how to put on a show. I learned quite a few new shooting techniques specific to drifting, so I'm really excited for the next opportunity.
