No fuckin way... I bought an EK1 Civic legit a year ago and Only just found this video today. The start of my Plate when I got it was LIL and I made the joke instantly of calling it Li'l Nugget. Now it's Nugget or Nuggee and I've been considering custom plates related to nuggets the last 6 months. The universe is strange man, I guess this is my sign to get some plates.

Robbie I absolutely love your videos. 2 years ago when I first got into cars your channel was the first I found. Back then I had a stock 2018 impreza hatch leased in my moms name. Now I finally have my dream car, a 94 Miata in classic red. I just blew my head gasket a little over a week ago and your videos make me so hopeful for the future. Replacing my head gasket as a mechanic noob is hard but every time I get discouraged I just tell myself to stay committed. Keep up the awesome work and good luck finding a house!

Honest review on mine i love them I got over 90,000 miles on mine and they still work great no play or wear, I am very impressed I'm not paid to say this I'm just very happy with this coilovers you really can't even tell the difference between coilover and Oem suspension

I got a EJ8 (coupé of your hatch) I just removed the front and rear splash guards/fender liners and I got adjustable camber arms for the rear to remove some more rub, if your ok with a bit more wear on your tires on the inside, I'd recommend that if you don't feel like cutting up the little ledge on the rear

Tip from a civic owner go around and tighten any bolt for your seats doors trunk and hood a little less rattle and a bit more safety with the seat. Good suspension on a civic is great it has almost zero body roll because it’s so light.

Yeah the natural camber on the rears are like that, mine is the same with the front not being as cambered at the front even though they're at the same height

I’m actually running the same coils in my ek coupe, and I gotta say they’re super smooth and gives me 0 problems! as for rolling the fenders, it’ll work, rolling the fenders actually gives the car a slight wide body look and looks sick with the right wheel setup

You can roll the back fender as well as the front ones. Done it before on an ek. Just use a heat gun.

For the front struts you dont need to disconnect the upper arm. Cause everytime you do that you have to replace the cotter pin if you dont your knuckle will fall apart from the upper arm. It's better to take the fork out and lower the strut out its opening.

16x8 +15 fit super nice with -3.5 camber front and -5.5 camber rear and minor rolling fenders still will look stock

That coil sleeve system is actually high quality besides the OE strut. Looks like ground control which, if paired with koni struts, would out perform those yonakas

Heating up the fenders should help roll them. You seem like you wanna change the paint anyways, so you can go ham on the heat gun and not worry about ruining it

If you decide to do a big brake kit on he civic a cheap easy way to get “big brakes” for most Honda builds is to get disk brakes from an Acura legend. They’re bigger more powerful and won’t hurt your wallet at all because it’s not aftermarket it’s OEM.... technically.... I forgot where I think it was a hoonigan auto focus vid or something I learned that from

DO NOT CUT THE FENDERS. You have to clean the inside of that lip. Use heat and roll it. If u cut it they will be super flimsy. You may mess the paint up a bit bc it’s old but that’s should be the least of your worries
