Very well put together video man! The thing that made slap battles fun for me was meeting SOO many different admins and content creators, and making the most awesome videos on Slap Battles that will leave a lasting memory on both me and my fans! It took me on a journey and it showed me I can do much more than just slapping 😎

2 things I love about SB are teamwork and accidental badges Teamwork: I love helping ppl with getting gloves, most of them were with redacted and bus. But I once helped someone getting quake glove and for some reason I felt like a nice person, like I literally felt that helping melted my frozen heart, it feels nice to remember those moments you helped ppl, I think we should all do that :) Accidental Badges: If you were new, you probably felt excited and curious when you accidently got a badge, I have no anecdotes to share with abt this topic but y'all know the feeling of getting a new badge by accident ;) Conclusion: We all have our ways to make SB fun, for example I like to help ppl, we are all true and legit artists at giving things fun and color when we think we are bad at everything, we are all actually creative with our thoughts and ideas, we all share a small part of this one big community and I think you can be creative too :)!

One of the things that makes slap battles so fun for me is grinding and trying and helping eachother to get different badges for different gloves it’s proven in rob, cult, and disco. Experiences like slap battles allow people to unite and grow and it really makes me happy when everyone works together and sometimes I’ll call my friends and we’ll have a chat on what are favorite things in slap battles was and or remember the past and how simple/fun life was and playing this game has truly cemented itself in my life and many others, so thank you tencell for everything you’ve given us thank you Nonsense for letting me share my feeling about this game and thank you too you for reading this entire comment.

Another great video. I hope you keep it up also I am pretty sure the devs already knows about this issue but it's just taken way to long with little commincation with the community that has lead to this. Hopefully in the future they will manage to find a way to fix some stuff but it may come at a cost of 90% the community prob getting mad for not giving weekly updates or something else for changing stuff or the game will stay how it has been for almost 3 years now and slowly die out Extra note: allot of players also needs to relise there is always a time to stop coming back to the game instead of forcing yourself to get another glove in a roblox game for no reason. Aka quit slap battles but for those who wanna stay and have fun we will have to see what engame content gets added like a super hard badge even tho a ton of kids will hate it because they can't get there poo poo gloves players that are bored of the game will love it

I personally think it would be pretty fun of tencelll to start adding these "accidental badge gloves" u used to get as a beginner once more. When i first started the game it was a real joy when i just accidentally swapped to someone falling and got a completely different new glove. I also think if they make a glove u go out on your way to get (like for example literally any glove that requires very specific things to happen) then i think it should require more skill than luck. For example i could use retro, you always have a 100% chance to get in the obby, kraken, even though theres slight rng you definitely will get it in a few attempts if you and the fish user had waited 5 minutes.... ignoring the boss rng ig but its still not as bad as bob, and speaking of which rob even though i really hate the boss, the idea of every individual player having a purpose of its own and helping in one way is really neat honestly.... ignoring the fact that after the minions phase its pointless to have that ks speed since ur still going to camp that pillar and not take kb. detonator is a decent example too but its in slap royale and i will instantly get chasen down and found by these sr haters if i say anything good about slap royale. why do yall hate it so much smh have u ever tried not going acid and enjoying other aspects of the mode? thats all (I AINT READIN ALLAT 😂😂😂😂)

Collecting gloves. It feels like a collection game but you can actually fight with what you get. I agree it’s fun with friends to because it’s such a goofy game but that makes it good and fun. For example, the rob + leash + cloud combo. W video, very inspiring.

I actually agree with you, after getting to 300k I lost interest in the game because the badges I had remaining were either: too difficult to get (ahem detonator) or I just didn't feel like spending the time to get them, I was stuck for a while before deciding to use killstreak and get good at it, now I have gotten just below 400k slaps and feel a lot better about the game.

Good job, you found what is known as good game design, Execution ( Tough challenges and competitiveness ), Expression ( Freedom to make wacky strategies and play how you want ), and Experience ( High stakes, communities around the game, anything that can be immersive on its own ) . All games operate this way, and good games that don’t aim for any target audience often die out.

tbh I think a fun thing SB can do is add a bunch of Badges (that don't need to award a glove necessarily) ranging from easy to hard, would make it more fun for the community

I think the best part are the funny things that happen now and then, such as dropping pianos, bosses, fun gloves like grapple and the events.

my fun in slap battles is just the memories of it, which you tried out in this video, looking back now when I was getting rob for the first time or even gods hand, it was just incredible, honestly the thing we forget is that slap battles does have goals in it, once you reach 100k slaps, that's it, when you have most of the badge gloves, that's it, one of the fun parts of the game is also reaching those milestones, once you do reach them, there's no other purpose to play, that's why I think the game also dried out a little.

I was getting bored with slap battles a bit until i saw this vid. This inspired me to get spy on my alt, get more skill in general and literally getting counter 5 times in a row

I love slap battles and its concept, I’ve always loved the game. And at this point I feel like it’s the only entertaining thing on Roblox left, and doing all of these things are what keep it fun.

The current thing that makes me still play Slap Battles is the goal of reaching 1 million slaps. I'm over halfway done at around 540k! Also, you are EXTREMELY underrated!

9:30 so true. i see so many people just not realizing how much good bugfixes can actually do to the game. fixing killstreak speed bug from certain gloves would definitely get more players to try a ks run once in a while instead of unfairly losing your speed. fixing the bug where rojo doesnt have the ability after using it on a reverse would genuinely get more players who like rojo to use it. And hell even if not for enjoyment then some bugfixes really are needed like for instance killing a megarock with link (not telling anyone how for obvious reasons) because a bug like that just makes the game unfair, the glitch where u can have any glove at tournament (again not telling how) and of course the most unfair and infuriating bug of all time - getting softlocked at bob bossfight. when i was getting rob on my alt my team genuinely considered giving up for good just because we got softlocked on the final phase two times. its insane how good can bugfixes really be for this game. it wont bring players certainly, but it for sure is a long term solution in order for players to play more. Whether u agree with me or not you have to admit. Getting softlocked on eternal bob final phase is bs and just should get fixed.

hey nonsense, you don't need to create a new account to get the gloves again, you can just delete the badges from your inventory but it may not feel the same. that's unless it's very hard and you donm't to lose a glove on your main acc and honestly, my fun in slap battles is usually using killstreak, or watching the replica clone fight (I love npcs for some reason)

my things that are fun in slap battles are getting badge gloves its basically a race and accomplishment to keep your title of having all of the f2p ones and honestly just trying them out and hearing little kids rage and making chaos

I love slap battles (hard to guess) and i think badge collection is the most fun part, im only missing 5 badges and yes, i have you met snow badge

I love making funny interactions using different gloves and experimenting with combinations I especially love booster since with certain other gloves the interaction you get is really fun

from your description of the perfect update eternal bob was the best update 3 weeks of work with 2 small fun low effort gloves in between rob not being op but fun to use and troll with a teamwork glove which requires one of the best team coordination in slap battles with each member playing a different role for the team and a huge extremely challenging bossfight that was hyped for an extremely long time against the true form of the main antagonist of slap battles giving you a glove of an entity hyped and teased for a very long time involving some of the most iconic gloves in slap battles pretty much being the climactic final boss and ending of slap battles ending a long era of bob and rob that has been going on since the very beginning of slap battles to open up room for new stories and new lore

I think i like slap battles because of the challenges of gettin badges. Getting badge gloves is fun not because of the glove, but because of the challenge you went through to get the glove. Its all in the satisfaction of getting something you worked hard for. At least, thats what i think. how about you?

What makes slap battles fun for me is the badge gloves that you grind for and you feel satisfied after you get the glove. (Also side note I like flexing the glove on people who don’t have it and bully them lol)

I use killstreak to make my experience fun and exciting. However, due to broken and unbalanced gloves (Like scythe and zahando to name a very small percentage) It gets extremly hard to even get beyond 25

Me personally , im afraid of pim for some reason i have some trauma with fnaf and he reminds me of one of the characters i was scared of, so i really can't get any of the elude maze ones. I think they could brighteen the maze and make it a 5 players one. Would help a lot for some other players too.

They have a weird pattern of having good and reasonably hard gloves to get, but then they do subpar gloves exclusive to slap royale

Another reason why sb is not in best situation since addition of some op gloves such as jester which can effectively replace some of gloves and making some of very fun gameplay too hard/impossible to do (especially killstreak, and shut up about killstreak only since you know which type of player controls this mode).

It was fun when I didn’t need a 30 minute guide + 3 other badges at specific times with other people with specific gloves to get ONE NEW GLOVE

I started playing slap battles around 2021-2022, where I really only got 2000 slaps, and didn’t get too much badge gloves. One day in 2023 out of no where I decide to play the game again, where I find so much new gloves which got me hooked on the game. But after getting all of the gloves, it has gotten quite boring So look back at sprags “quitting” idea, maybe you can quit for multiple weeks, and you’ll find the game with so much new stuff

Been playing since 2021 and i still play it but the sad part is that i used to suck at games from 2021-2022 and got only 2k slaps in that time but then i got 28k more slaps in a month and 10k in 2 days bc of the x2 slaps week

my answer would be: Chaos. All you need to do is play the game,leave for a month or so, and see everyone using all new gloves,and use what you think is the new most fun glove,for me,my main gloves are: bob,trap with the tp glitch,ice skate, berserk,counter,and rhythm.
