Thank you for your question. I have been playing drums for 10 years. I practice at least 30 minutes each day, although my practice time varies.

My practice method is conventional. I practice one bar of eighth notes on each limb at 200~300 BPM. After that, I repeat with alternates with both hands and feet. Often I can't do this well when I am tired or out of shape, but I try to persevere with this.

@@Mikage360 Thanks for the reply, it was very interesting! I've been playing for 2+ years now and wanted to play something from the StP repertoire too, but unfortunately I'm having a lot of trouble finding a teacher right now

It is based on Alesis' STRIKE KIT. The module has been replaced with a Roland TD-30. Cymbals are from various manufacturers such as Roland, ATV, Alesis, and Yamaha.
