I suffered a heart attack all last week at 38 years old, while on a 5-day a week hardcore workout routine the last 6 months. I was passing military grade physical fitness while suffering with it. Landed myself in the hospital last Friday and had a stent put in due to a 99% blockage to my right artery of my heart. I was just released yesterday, and this is inadvertantly what I needed my first day home. This video and song kicks ass! I love you guys! Thank you for giving me some motivation to keep going!

I travelled from Swansea to London to be in this and would do it an infinite amount of times again. Was incredible watching the fight scenes, watching the band play in such an intimate setting and of course the amazing people I met whilst in the crowd with the rest of the metalheads 🤘🤘🤘
