Honestly, when I first heard this song, I never heard of the Angel of death. This song made me further aware of the atrocities. This song should never be censored. It really captures the horror of that time. Scariest song I ever heard - because much of it is based on history. Kick ass song btw.

Dr. J. Mengele...., went to south-America: look for Amazon-twins.... PS: Eugenics= now called WHO
@natwalsh2710 Жыл бұрын
It is a kickass song and it is one of the scariest in my opinion. It’s the only song I’ll listen to by this band. And yup, this song is about that psycho doctor Josef Mengele, one of the worst Nazi ever.
@m1sterlurk5 күн бұрын
Slayer were famously confused when people began saying they thought this song was meant to glorify Mengele. If you read the lyrics, they clearly describe a monster of a human being They not praise him beyond saying the things he thought about himself as he carried out his atrocities, and in fact describe his atrocities in about as graphic detail as one can within the confines of a song this fast. They didn't feel like they needed to end the song with "oh by the way he was a very bad man" because they thought the lyrics stated that about as clearly as one possibly could.

Nothing can catch up with that evil metal music energy of Slayer. Iron maiden is no doubt the greatest story tellers and scary, but Slayer is beautiful too.

Wow I drove through Augusta ME once on my way to the Phish concert at Limestone. No traffic lights, just mostly circles. Nice little town though. We stopped to buy beer there. I think it was summer 1997. Great memories

Took me a long time, pyramids and stuff like that, . Strongest construction ever. Any ways, this guy I owe so much to. You have no clue who he might be. I didn't know. Never know who any one can be. . Thank you for the music I enjoy. Didn't know .
