Sledge Queen's new dropslide mechanic is... Fine.

Who needs entity lag when you can dropslide right?
For anyone who didn't understand, basically you cannot stand still anymore because you risk her drop sliding backwards and doing any sort of attack. This is an issue because it brings back the longshot AND AS SHOWN IN THE VIDEO, TERRIBLE REACH WITHOUT ENTITY LAG. Until I find a solution to this, she will remain an actual Raid Boss.

I assume the "new dropslide mechanic" is referring to the fact that she can use any moves while dropsliding?

@@sugadeeShe doesn't need ANY distance to Longshot. If she has it off cooldown she will always do it as her next move, with the only thing taking precedence being the jump. Try it yourself, spawn a holo on the bridge and she will normally miss it with the jump damage and then Longshot it while standing right on top of it.

Yo when fighting sq she sometimes does a silent shell shot but after a push her she sometimes does not do another shell shot and usually does a grapple and when grappling she ignores pushes any tips on that?

You need to count her parries to know if she'll longshot after the shortshell (the shortshell is the silent shellshot and the longshot makes a noise), if you know when she longshots you can react accordingly with either a parry or shove.

@@mrbloby8806The hidden audio mechanic is that the longshot makes a really loud shotgun loading sound. As for not being able to shove her while she is trying to shove you, that's just a mechanic of every enemy. You can't shove an enemy mid-shove.

Teach me your ways pls I've been trying to kill Sq for the past 2 days and the only thing i can do consistently is luring her to base. After she does her 2nd knuckleboom she's at base and she either does another knuckleboom like 2 seconds after the 2nd one or does a few attacks then a knuckleboom. Do you have any tips to get in the pattern?

Alright this will take a lot of explaining. Basically, she has two different knucklebooms, just like regular Arbiter but they both run on different cooldowns, each one having a 15 second cooldown. The long range one is the one she likes using literally all the time and it does 50 damage while the short range one basically only exists to catch you off guard and does 40 damage. Normally you have a 200 millisecond window to shove her before she fires but every 1 ping reduces that time by 1 millisecond. The only way of telling which she is using before she fires is listening out for it, as the longshot makes a loud shotgun loading sound where as the short shot is almost inaudible. If you hear the short shot first, be prepared for the long ranged one to happen right after.

Also stop luring her to base, it is a really bad idea. The turrets do not have enough ammo to hold off the raiders and they will arrive before you finish the fight.

@@AkiGrac i mean in elden ring when the man with a pot on his head name "let me solo her" beats every boss with the worst gear possible with no hits you dont see em buffing bosses because some people can beat it pretty easily even tho sledge queen is a boss you can pick to fight or ignore it still would be bs

@@Castle420. Let Me Solo Her did it by memorizing her every attack and utilizing a build that is dedicated to beating her Sledge Queen gets stunlocked to death. This is the difference.

New idea: go into a public server and just beat sledge queen with fists and if they ask what/how. Just casually mention that beating sledge queen is easy with or without a weapon.
