I filed a claim for Apnea 2nd to PTSD that has been in the 'evidence gathering, review, and decision' phase (for over a month). I submitted numerous articles from reliable sources indicating a true connection. Hopefully someday soon I will get a decision.

Dr.Finnerty writes awesome nexus letters, however I was denied with mine. My claim was for OSA secondary to PTSD and was denied. Dr. Finnerty sent me a rebuttal letter couple months later so I added that and a personal statement to the supplemental claim(which I forgot to add on the FDC initially) hopefully that and the rebuttal letter will reverse the VA decision (fingers crossed) Im getting tired of going back and forth with the VA. Seems like the VA hates that combination; OSA 2nd to PTSD.
