I did this meditation last night, and I had the most vivid dream about someone I know. He actually chose me. I woke up thinking it was real!

Wow I gotta say I was extremely skeptical about this. Someone told me to try it and I gave it a shot. Coming out of it I feel the most open I have in months. This took away all of my anxiety... calmed me... to the point where I can just be. I can accept where I am at right now... finally. So bizarre.

I listened to this last night. This morning I woke up and saw the texts from my ex which I have been waiting for a month. One month ago we argued and stopped talking, but now we talk again. Guys, this works wonderfully. I listened to different soulmate meditations in last three weeks, and last night my EX cruch sent me sms an hour after i heared this video!!!! So I've been falling asleep to this for a while. Everytime i began to dream about my ex that he needed to talk to me but we never came to the point to actually talking. Today he called me that he wanted me back..

Guys, the sooner you understand this, the better your life will be. First, accept that the twin flame concept is a human construct with it's origins in obsession, toxic attachment, and childhood abandonment trauma - not love. Second, you must learn love yourself first. I mean truly love yourself. Get clear on what your goals and dreams are - and not "I want a relationship" or "I want children." That's all great but your goals and dreams should not be predicated on finding someone one. Loving yourself has nothing to do with getting someone back or finding someone. It is for you. It is your birthright to be excited about who you are. Hey. I think it's useful to say...there's one thing he didn't mention in the intro...don't just believe in it. Act on it. I feel the law of attraction stuff gets bundled up in some pretty packaging to smooth out the concerns and worries in our lives - something to give us hope. A distraction. But it's being told to us all wrong. I don't like the idea of encouraging people to think eternally wishfully...so act on whatever you feel and be willing to get it wrong. I need to share my story. 3 weeks ago I was here just vaguely listening while I was on Facebook. All of a sudden this guy messaged me and I didn’t think anything of it. I just talked to him here and there I thought he was cute but since he lived in another state I didn’t take him serious. So days go by and it turned into weeks and literally we would text and talk all day till this day we are still talking. As crazy as it sounds were actually going to meet up soon sometime in spring. I fell asleep while listening to this and had a sweet dream about having a happy, loving relationship with a man 😊 his physical features were unclear, but the feelings were there. While searching for a meditation to fall asleep to I almost listened to another video by someone else, but after reading the comments noticed that many people said they had nightmares. I didn’t see that in these comments, and I also listened to another video by this guy that went well so decided to give it a try. I’d say I had happy dreams and felt positive and happy upon waking, so yeah this video is deemed safe by me! Lol. This content channel is trustworthy (in my experience). Be careful with some of these other channels, their subliminals could have hidden messages and always read the comments - if people say they have nightmares then skip it, obviously. This one is fine!

Everytime I close my eyes, my mind is constantly changing, thinking. First I am watching myself laying in bed, second I am meditating near a ocean with a bad stormy weather, third I can't concentrate on her because your voice ! I forgot her face as well, something keeps blocking what she looks like when I wake up. I think she has dirty blond brownish hair with green or Hazel eyes. She made me feel free, happy, loved, cared and as she faded in my dream I woke up looking around my room and then crying because I am still here and not there with her !
