I came upon this when my heart became completey insecure and afraid. I know it is wrong for me to only seek when im troubled, but truly, God is almighty and forgiving for i am slowly becoming calmed and my heart becomes steadier. God is good, God is great! Amen!

The fact that people say bad comments that it gives them nightmares or is creepy, that’s the enemy testing you, I think, but this is just repeat, the fact that there are dislikes. I have a feeling God chose this for me, and he is never wrong and never makes mistakes. And if it looks like he is leading me the wrong way, I can go to him, because I trust him. But seriously, you should stop disliking and praise the lord. Also, for the video, it’s just a loop. Seriously, I was up for 2 hours and heard a loop over and over again. My eyes were bleeding red but the video is trustworthy. 🙏 amen 🙏

I love this! 🙌🏽✝️❤️🦋! I understand what is going to into my subconscious as I sleep I know it has to do with the word of God it’s peaceful and at the same time and learning and understanding the times on a deeper level !I like how the reader reads because the reason that she reads the way she, as it slows down your brain makes you think it’s been said but at the same it’s important that you would stay awake ! It like Mr. Roger speaking but as calm and still and control it calm you and he was a Christian man but at time when he Shows children the difference between Quite play vs. LOUD PLAY One understands they cannot stand long periods of loud play even children ! I’m so glad that the reader doesn’t have like the animal on the Muppets because nobody be able to go to sleep ! I saw there was a comment on here so I thought I would explain what I saw on what I heard and what I understood ! Also is there anyway that anyone could explain to me what Delta brain waves are about it kind of makes me concerned that I’m afraid was going into my subconscious brain because I cannot hear anything but sounds ?

Is it just me or does anyone else also seem to think the narrations at 1st sound normal & lively. Then upon waking the narrators voice sounds drawn out and not like at the beginning. I woken up several time feeling this way maybe cause my mind and body is relaxed. And they were still speaking the word nothing strange there, it' was just my feeling upon waking. But that's why we as Belivers in Christ must be mindful at all times, because each time i awoke it reminded me of hypnosis I've seen on tv. Where the hypnotist would say "you're getting sleepy". Idk maybe it's just me, but this is why as a Believer in Christ I no longer watch Illusionist, don't participate in yoga, can't just watch or listen to anything. We have to guard our eye and ear gates daily. This was just my personal observation I still enjoy the program as it does help me to relax. Everyone have a great weekend God Bless.

Shelena Tate They repeatedly overuse the word "tonight" That is hypnosis and wrong. It does not set well will me. I get irritated when I hear tonight repeated closely together over and over because the Holy Spirit in me knows better and knows the truth. I would rather be read a bible story and drift off to sleep as if I am a child again. They should do that instead. They do I some, touch lightly on a bible story. Breathing exercise is ok and being told to relax but not repeated specific words like tonight. I'm waiting for them to make new one without that word tonight said repeatedly over and over, close together. I think we should just listen to the book of psalms or any other book that is soothing in the Bible, instead.

I liked the title but I was concerned about what I would be feeding into my unconscious once asleep so I felt led to read some of the comments...and the first one was yours! This is a beautiful meditation especially for me since I have a Nervous condition that caused my 5 senses to be over active and has brought on IBS & GERD. I definitely would love if you had more of this woman compose more of meditations similar to this meditation and with no music background. I can find one. Please only have the psalms with the deep breathing in between. Thank you for your understanding and for this very special meditation

Hi guys. I just woke up at 2:30am listening to this audio about 1hr 30mins into it. I was busy having a dream about Jesus Christ returning and tsunami like water and taking a sword to a place where I hear the voice of Jesus Christ with white materials and the sword being swallowed. People running around, kids crying, me trying to save people I love but I keep hearing the voice of Jesus (I know it was Him because He kept saying the words 'My Father') no matter where I go & the voice was loud & clear. I am about to pray about this dream but any other Christian brother or sister have a take on this? Thank you & God bless you.

She states she is going to read the word of God then starts repeating tonight. She changed the verse then said in Jesus, name Amen. So was it a misquoted verse or a prayer? Mish mosh if you ask me. I would love these if there wasn't something my discernment and common sense telling me to guard my soul and not listen or esp go to sleep to this. 🎼Be careful little ears what you hear. 🎼🎹 a part of a song we sang in Sunday School as children. I haven't forgotten and also think of wheat and tarres verses in the Bible as this other person did.

I enjoy the meditations but I wish the narrator would stop saying "in Jesus-us name". In the English language, it's "in Jesus' name b/c when a word or name ends in an 's' we do not add another s sound. Since the narrator has made many of these videos & uses the Jesus-us over & over, I just thought I would let her know what is proper.
